I have reached out to Libas because two identical orders have arrived instead of one, this is clearly an error! They have so far refused to take it back, this is after they themselves confirmed to me that only one order had gone through before despatch. Then they sent two and charged me twice! Libas please understand the situation and resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks
